Our specialty is the application of Eyelash Extensions.  We attach a Mink or synthetic lash to each of your natural lashes.  The result is a full and natural look.  My clients love them!  Spring is a great time to get a new look.

I'm LiLi Wang, the owner and founder of LiLy Day Spa.  I came to the USA from China in 2000 to bring the best eastern spa techniques to America.

Our full body massage is offered in three flavors: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

The Swedish massage techniques vary from light to vigorous. Swedish massage uses five styles of strokes. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber or with the fibers) and vibration/shaking. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks. Swedish Massage can effectively reduce low back pain and the effectiveness can last for as long as 15 weeks.

Our deep tissue massage is a fusion of western and eastern styles.  We combine a soothing gliding technique with deep tissue. The western style gliding technique relaxes and comforts while the eastern style focus is on pressure points that relieve stress and promote healing of damaged tissue. Deep Tissue Massage methods focus on myofascial release and triggerpoint therapy as well as osteopathic techniques, cranial-sacral techniques and many more can be used to work with various medical conditions.

A stone massage uses cold or water-heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body. Stones coated in oil can also be used by the therapist delivering various massaging strokes. The hot stones used are commonly Basalt stones (or lava rocks) which over time have become extremely polished and smooth. As the stones are placed along the recipient's back, they help to retain heat which then deeply penetrates into the muscles.

We now offer Foot Reflexology and it has quickly become one of our most popular services.  Foot Reflexology is very common in China and we deliver an authentic Chinese foot massage. You will not find anything like our massage therapy service anywhere in the USA.

Anti-Aging Facials are an exclusive service from LiLy Day Spa that you can't find anywhere else.  We combine microdermabrasion and a collagen facial massage.  As with our full body massage, this facial massage is a fusion of western and eastern styles.  Centuries old and time tested Chinese techniques are employed to apply pressure to specific points on your face.  You will be refreshed and rejuvenated.  Your skin will feel tighter and cleaner for a full two weeks.

A licensed cosmetologist, LiLi Wang has been offering Health & Beauty Services since 1992.  A graduate of the Shantou, China , Beauty Academy, she is an accomplished and recognized beauty services provider.  Her services include eyelash extensions, skin care, massage therapy, foot reflexology, makeup and permanent makeup.  LiLi has been practicing in Chester NJ since 2012 and in Ramsey, NJ since 2001.
